INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the agreement between the customer and GURU – GHEP SARL, headquartered at 5 Rue Plati, 98000 Monaco, RCI 13S06198, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher” or “GURU”, and anyone wishing to purchase clothing from the website https://guruofficialbrand.com/, which is the exclusive property of GURU. You can purchase as a guest by providing only the information required to complete the order. At the end of the purchase, the customer can choose whether to register or continue as a guest.

  • Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

GURU reserves the right to cancel or delay an order on the following grounds:

  • Possible fraud attempts detected by security systems;
  • Orders of unauthorised minors;
  • Inaccessible or incorrect delivery addresses;
  • Force majeure, cyber attacks or events beyond GURU’s control.

In such cases, GURU shall inform the Customer promptly and refund any sums paid.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, bank transfer and PayPal. The customer’s account will be debited on the date of payment. GURU reserves the right to add or remove payment methods from the site.

  • Delivery Zones

Delivery is available to all geographical regions, including Europe, French overseas territories, Asia, America and Oceania.

  • Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the destination. For the EU, delivery is expected within 15 days after order confirmation, if the products are available.

Article 9 – Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect saleable condition. Any damage or abnormal wear and tear will result in cancellation of the refund.

In the event of damaged items or items with missing parts not due to our responsibility, a partial refund may be issued. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days.

If the customer has not received a refund, it is advisable to check with the bank or credit card issuer, as there may be processing times.
