SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
Orders are dispatched and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of national and local holidays and special delivery requests. Shipments are made by express courier. Shipment is made within 5 days after order confirmation. In the Islands the delivery time can be up to 3 working days. Upon delivery of the products, please check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch of packages or indications must be immediately notified by means of specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. In the event of rejection of the shipment or any non-delivery for reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the addressee; repeated absence of the addressee; non-compliance with customs procedures; etc.), the amount to cover the following expenses shall be withheld: return shipment, duties and customs costs.
SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE
Shipments to Europe are made by courier.
Shipping charges:

- €12.50 for shipments outside the EU.
- €5.90 for shipments within the EU.

The prices of products on the site are in euros, VAT included, and may vary without notice. Price changes apply immediately to current orders.
DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EU
All import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Shipments outside Europe are made by courier.
- Shipping charges:
- Free for orders over €90.
- €12.50 for shipments outside the EU.
Delivery is made in 15 working days, and in any case, within the maximum period of 30 days. The shipping address of your order must match the site of the country where you placed the order. Orders placed from a country other than the shipping address will be automatically cancelled. Upon delivery of the products, check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified by specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. In case of refusal of shipment or any non-delivery for reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g. wrong address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient; non-fulfillment towards customs procedures; etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: round-trip shipping, duties and customs costs.
RATES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who must pay the amount due to the forwarding agent or the relevant authorities.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. To notify us of your desire to make a return or exchange, simply email Customer Service at ghep@phep.mc Once we receive your return and verify that all conditions have been met, we will send you a refund confirmation email. The timing with which the refund will be visible on your account depends on both the payment method used during the purchase and local banking procedures. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose for your online purchase within 14 business days.

- In case of full refund, a fee of €5 will be deducted.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard, Maestro. The amount will be charged at the time of shipment.
- PayPal: The amount will be debited at the time of shipment.
In case of credit card payment, the payment procedure will be carried out via secure connection directly connected to the banking institution that owns the online payment service to which third parties cannot have access. Specifically, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number, expiration date) will be forwarded via encrypted protocol, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it.
